I'm going to check it out to make sure it isn't a problem with their computer, and then will re-engage you/support if necessary. I was just looking for recent threads on DNS, since that seems to be the root of their problem. I was finally able to talk her through changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 as a test, but unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue.
